I heard that my client, also located in Malaysia, already contacted your side several times regarding key lock. So you might know about this one. My client is already using 8.5.4 version but computer can't read USB. There must be a problem on USB. So they are considering to purchase new USB. But their concern is that whether new USB version is workable or not on. They're using window XP version. Could you kindly please ensure that new one is workable for their system or not?
